My role was to guide them through a careful, step-by-step process. First, we gently migrated all their scattered information into one unified platform, HRappka, ensuring no data was lost along the way. Then, we worked together to redesign their internal processes, making them more intuitive.

The final piece was to make their data truly useful. I introduced a simple, clear dashboard in Power BI. For the first time, their real-time profit margins were visible with a single click, replacing guesswork with confidence.
